That gave me problems as well (while visually, there are no problems, a
lot of frames seem to have been dropped before the rest were encoded).
Looking at the list provided by mplayer -vc help, I don't know which
decoder(s) to try next. Honestly, I'm baffled considering MPlayer has no
problems playing the DVD.
