[MEncoder-users] Adjust Audio Volumes of Videos

I frequently want to put several videos on one DVD. Sometimes, the audio volume settings for them differ, so one video requires me to increase the volume on my TV. When it comes to play the next video - which has a different audio volume - this is very (VERY) loud and I have to tune down quickly. 

How can I adjust the various Videos to get similar audio volumes ?
