Let's say I'm transcoding a video from 1280x720 (with a broken aspect
ratio) to 720x480 at 16/9. If the source is transcoded to 720x480 and
lavcopts aspect is set to 16/9, is there any advantage to fixing the
broken aspect ratio in mpegopts? Doesn't it end up being the same thing
in the end?
