Both mencoder (-of lavf -lavfopts
format=mp4:i_certify_that_my_video_stream_does_not_use_b_frames) and
mp4creator. With the first one, mplayer is unable to properly decode
the audio (FAAD: error: Gain control not yet implemented, trying to
resync!). With mp4creator, the video is completely jerked off.

With matroska, audio and video are perfectly in sync. But that's not
want I want :)
