[MEncoder-users] problem with -ss

I'm having also problems with -ss in mpeg-ps and mpeg-ts containers..
Mplayer should seek to keyframes, which it doesn't do..
The outputted frames contain 16x16 blocks
Does anyone know a fix for this?
