Standard stuff.  How big are these output files?  Can you play them with
anything else?  Try latest SVN.  Perhaps try -nosound and/or -vfm
ffmpeg.

The output doesn't show any obvious problems, so it's difficult to help.
 If you could upload a reasonably small sample, that would make things
much easier.
