[MEncoder-users] Convert TSCC videocodec in wmv-format to play on WMP 9

CBT-Nuggets produces education-videos for, among others, MCSE, which are encoded with the TSCC codec. The video's can only be played on WMP 10, but WMP 10 is not available for older pocket pc's.
  Techsmith, the producer of the TSCC-codec, doesn't give a solution to play the codec on the pocket pc with WMP 9. Does anybody know how i can convert the wmv-files with the TSCC-codec to a wmv, or other, file without the TSCC codec? Converting to another format will not be a problem.
