well, in google search, almost all answers seems to concern french
pages (so, I am :)

you are right, I mean 2 audio tracks (even better, streams) and not channels.

the restrictions are, in dual audio mode, to only support CBR mp3 (the 2nd
track, at least, *must* be CBR, however, the 1st one may be VBR or CBR).

ideally, I want to be able to generate an avi w/ 2 VBR mp3 audio tracks...
any other pointers ?
