[MEncoder-users] Iin the scenes with a high volume of movement, whole picture is seen in multiple big squares!

I encoded my DVD to MPEG4 with mencoder and noticed that in the scenes 
with a high volume of movement, whole picture is seen in multiple big 
squares! Why is it?! Thank You.
