[MEncoder-users] new doom9 codec comparission

1 week has passed and noone volunteers, so ffmpeg/mencoder wont be included
in the next doom9 comparission i guess

the test will be done on a dual core CPU, goal is best possible quality at 
reasonable speed, last time the worst result was 17.5 fps
