[Libav-user] Using ffmpeg libraries to stream pre-encoded h264 via rtmp

Hi i have been following the previous email thread  but have no definite
answer.

how would we send a pre-encoded H.264 data without transcoding via RTMP
using FFmpeg ?
is it enough to wrap the H.264 frame into a AVPacket. if so how can i
convert the H.264 data into AVPacket ?
