[Libav-user] Example of using avio_open/avio_open2 to connect to Icecast

Hi,
  can you point me to an example of how to use avio_open/avio_open2 to 
stream to Icecast server mount ?
Even the simpler will do like reading from a file and sending it to 
icecast://user:password@server:port/mount .
