You have a stray change on libplacebo in patch 4. Apart from that, I
have not looked that closely at the code — and am not motivated to do so
under the rule of fake democracy — but I see nothing obviously wrong.

I agree.

Using standard formats would be nice, but that requires a lot more
ground work to do properly.
