[FFmpeg-devel] avcodec/utvideodec : use dsp add_median_pred for second line

Patch in attach

dsp func need align16 data
make only the start of the line in scalar, and call the dsp for the rest
instead of process the entire line in scalar


pass make fate-utvideo for me
