Neither with:

./ffmpeg -f lavfi -i
color=c=white:s=640x480,format=yuv444p,lutyuv=y=255:u=248:v=10,pixscope
-f nut -c:v rawvideo - | mpv -

or:

mpv avdevice://lavfi:color=c=white:s=640x480,format=yuv444p,lutyuv=y=255:u=248:v=10,pixscope
