Hello,

in attach patch to add a fate test for negative float value

Need to be apply after patch in discussion :
Fate/exr : add test for piz uncompress
libavcodec/exr : fix float to uint16 conversion for negative value

and need to be put inside fate-suite/exr

Can be test with make fate-exr SAMPLES=fate-suite/
