[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] avcodec/hevc: reduce memory used by the SAO

PPS_A_qualcomm_7, yes I have sometimes an issue with this sequence.

Patch LGTM otherwise, it does not change the behaviour of the previous
implementation.
