yes
though the way AVFrame is encapsulated in AVPacket (if using AVBuffer)
differs from how its done in the other patches so the code would
then need to be updated, this is no reason to delay the patches
except #2 though

If a bugfix only changes things apparently unrelated to the bug with no
further explanation, that is a good sign that the bugfix is wrong.
