[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Fix Win64 AVX h264_deblock by not using redzone on Win64

I see the confusion, sorry :)

I authored this *upstream* version, with lots of input from Ronald
understanding the bug from my debug notes.  Ronald provided a
*downstream*patch and I modified it to work upstream.

You may put wolenetz at chromium.org as the author, or if more than one author
allowed, include rbultje too.
