[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] libx264 Aspect Ratio Switch

Dont know if this is the correct way, but another small patch from my encoders, as before been running since december in 3 encoder boxes. No issues reported from users watching the streams, seems to do the aspect changes correctly
