The first doesn't have a practical meaning, the second is one of the
possible outcome.

Soon[tm]  ask first for the options to be discussed and then I'll setup
a vote using condorcet (there is a third party hosting a service for that).

I guess it's partially my fault since we discussed that at Fosdem but I
couldn't get everything in a readable shape so far...
