[FFmpeg-devel] RTSP over HTTP

It's great! But, i need it now. Maybe, i can start now and then share my
code with all of ffmpeg users.
I have implementation of rtsp over http on java. It's  looks quiet simple to
add it to ffmpeg code. I need open another socket to send POST requests.
But, i don't know how to do it in ffmpeg.
