[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] MPEG sequence display extension parsing (new patch)

I've updated the patch, it now just removes the incorrect "marker"
designation and skip_bits() and allows our next_start_code()
implementation to strip out the zero padding.

I believe I may have a been looking at a draft, there are several
pages that are blank with the text "(page to be provided by ISO)".
I need to locate my definitive copy after spending > $200 on
it.. :(
