I can't test the SSSE/SSE4 ones because my cpu is old. Attached is a
MMX-only version with Jason's changes for v4/v6 and dc_add, they're
clearly faster (e.g. dc_add/mmx is +/- 90 cycles faster, v6 is 220
cycles faster and v4 is 50 cycles faster).
