Well, it's not in spec, consensus on IRC is that we should not try to
support files that are not spec-compliant. Once they've added it to
the spec (I asked on codec-devel), me or David or anyone can add
support for it to our decoder.

If someone else wants to mark it exp after I commit it, that's fine also.

Can I commit? Michael?
