[FFmpeg-devel] Using 3gpp heaac reference encoder

Hello

I was wondering if you would consider linking against the 3gpp he-aac 
reference encoder (or a derivative).
As it provides a quite correct quality (also at low rates), and is able 
to use SBR and PS, it could perhaps be an interesting addition, filling 
an existing gap regarding quality aac encoding availability within ffmpeg.

Opinions?
