[FFmpeg-devel] H264 Packetize into RTP packet

I have trying to read from a H264 encoded file ( using av_read_frame ) and packetize the 'AVPacket' into RTP packet, so I could send it over Internet, is there any function(s) available to do this? appreciate if you could brief me how to use those functions if they exist, or if there's any other alternative solutions ( eg. extract NAL Unit from AVPacket etc. ), thanks.
