The problem we have is that we seem to be stuck at the level of
information the above masterpiece of imprecise and ambiguous statements
provides. Please don't misunderstand this as a personal attack, it is
most definitely not. I'm just deploring our lack of hard facts, at
least as far as it is documented in the Wiki.
