[FFmpeg-devel] klv metadata parse

I am new to ffmpeg and would like to know if some previous code exists to extract klv metadata from a transport stream file containing an mpeg video stream and a klv metadata stream.
For the beginning I would just be happy to know how I could demultiplex both streams with ffmpeg, even if I have to write my own code to parse the klv stream.
The other question would be how to do the inverse with ffmpeg, that is, having some metadata and an mpeg stream, how to use ffmpeg to generate a file with both streams multiplexed.
