[Ffmpeg-devel] MPEG 2 Encoder

Hi , 
I want to use the MPEG-2 Encoder from the ffmpeg software for my project .
I'm only need the files/codes of the MPEG-2 Encoder  , and i don't know what files do i need .
can someone tell me what exactly are the files for the MPEG-2 Encoder  ?
