OK, I found it.
2004.11.9 was ok (more or less), and 2004.11.10 was wrong.

I diffed between these versions, and the ipv6 detection code got added 
in that time.
so, when ffmpeg is compiled with ipv6 support, sdp parsing (and probably
other udp/rtp/rtsp related things) breaks.
