[FFmpeg-cvslog] lavc/options_table: make "request_sample_fmt" an AV_OPT_TYPE_SAMPLE_FMT option

and now ffmpeg always prints "AVOption type 1397116244 of option request_sample_fmt not implemented yet"

for example with:
ffmpeg -v 99 -i matrixbench_mpeg2.mpg test.avi
