[NUT-devel] NUT spec intro?

Hello, IMO, the NUT spec intro needs a bit of work. It just kind of jumps into things without even saying what it is all about. How about adding something like the following at the beginning... ------- BEGIN ------- NUT is a Free multimedia container data format used for synchronizing video, audio, text, and user defined streams.
