[NUT-devel] back_ptr_div8 -> 16

Hi current syncpoints have 8(startcode)+1(forward_ptr)+1(back_ptr)+1(timestamp)+4(crc) = 15 so if we dissallow 2 consecutive syncpoints then we could drop 1 bit of the back ptr and still uniquely point to each comments? -- Michael
