cropdetect doubt

      Hi there guy.

I was reading in the documentation that it's reads thats it's  a must to
crop the black  stripes from the movie to rip in order to have a better
quality,  I fire the mplayer with -vf cropdetect, it starts playing, but I
get differents values. For a couple o seconds I've got  some values, then
almost after 10 seconds another values, then it stabilizes and I've got a
constant value for the rest of the movie, I want to know which of the values
I have to pass to the crop= parameter, and if it really improves the movie
quality..
