The video drivers are available on Nvidia and works fine with MPlayer (so far). You have to D/L the tarballs, not the 7.3 RPM's ovbviously. They compiled fine for the RH8 kernel and installed w/o any problems. You have to adjust your XF86Config file sleightly as before.
