You'd need to sync this file help/help_mp-it.h with this one: help/help_mp-en.h. Read this document to get a grasp of what this task involves: DOCS/tech/translations.txt. To put it in a nutshell, the missing Italian strings that were missing have to be added at the very least. There's probably a little more things to do, but I'm sure you'll get the idea.
