The Makefile in svn.mplayerhq.hu/mplayerosx/trunk/ has two lines for targets under "all": all: xcodebuild -target "MPlayer OSX" -configuration Release build xcodebuild -target "MPlayer OSX PPC" -configuration Release build However the xcode project files (directories) are only present for "MPlayer OSX": MPlayer OSX.pbproj MPlayer OSX.xcodeproj I presume that this is an oversight, but it would be nice if it were cleaned up. I commented out the line for MPlayer OXC PPC. Perhaps this has been discussed already, but if mplayer is going to continue to support the G3, should there be 3 binaries distributed-- one each for intel, ppc-with-altivec, ppc-without-altivec?
