Does the quality reduce when you switch from windowed to full screen mode? If so, that's very strange. You can try other output modules, like "x11" if "xv" doesn't work. If Xvideo isn't available, signficant CPU time will be spent scaling the video up to full screen.

I have tried using X11, but it dosent switch to Fullscreen mode when i press "f" .
