Yep. I told it in a previous mail... or not? But I want a file playable WITHOUT using -aspect 16:9 !
so you have to scale it while encoding, add in mencoder option : "-vop scale=640:362" ( see man page ), this is very low, ( just exemple ), chose something with h=w/1.777, DON'T set "scale 1024:576", this will create a corrupted movie. You can scale from you current movie
