MEncoder (mplayer's movie encoder) is ready to use^H^H^Htesting :)
Requirements: - divx4linux libs (tested with latest, from avifile.sf.net) - libmp3lame (from lame 3.89beta)
Features: - 1-pass and 2-pass divx4 video - VBR mp3 audio - PCM audio - stream copy (only from AVI/ASF) (CBR audio only) - input A-V sync (PTS-based, can be disabled with -mc 0) - fps conversion (for example usefull for 29.97 VOB -> 24fps AVI) - supports all input fileformats and (decoding) codecs of mplayer - writting (multiplexing) interleaved AVI files with index
Planned: - audio from separate file (ac3/mp3) - VBR audio steram copy - documentation :)
Compile: ./configure make mencoder
