-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Ignore previous subject. -vo zr, not -vo xv!! If I use the buz video output to play a video, I get the video, and it looks fine. However...Having done this, the mplayer process keeps running, and apparently has the buz card busied. I cannot kill mplayer (kill -9, killall, whatever I try, mplayer stays in the process list). If I try to rmmod zoran, zoran is busy (presumably by mplayer). Problem becomes when I try to use the buz for anything else (watching tv, recording a signal to disk), my computer LOCKS UP tight. No response to any mouse or keyboard input. I have to reboot by hard reset! Workaround, of course, is to reboot after playing video out to the TV. But that's kinda a hokey workaround! How do I kill mplayer (or better, why does it fail to let go of the buz card?). mplayer-0.9.0rc3 linux-2.4.20 driver-zoran-0.9.1 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.1 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE+UXviTHYRdwouzJMRApBIAJ9Y6IWIGszy4GFaO36C9an4eV62cwCgy0Wd MRkDLFNOaEGYtPZtXsSdlOI= =00zV -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
