- you see no visual difference between them (for humans) - quant 1 frames are much bigger than quant 2 frames
-> if you use quant 1, you lose quality
but how, if your bitrate is specified? you mean it takes bytes off other frames that may better use it, right? and please comment on vqmax as well... thanks domi
