What happened to the encoding of generated HTML docs?

This midnight something weird happened to the encoding of generated HTML docs, or to server. Everything was correct yesterday, but today the files load with some insane encoding (ISO-8859-1 I thing). The file is correct, has proper HTTP-EQUIV field, but both my Opera, and another IE I've checked at work, don't recognize it and use wrong encoding, resulting in totally wrong file. This happened to at least Polish and Russian, Chinese as well, all other use ISO-8859-1 anyway, so are not touched by that. Also, in Polish translation, I can't see changes made yesterday morning, so something happened to the nightly doc generation. Inconsistencies in ru/cd-dvd.xml

I've just read (out of curiosity, if I still remember how to read Russian) the cd-dvd file, or more specifically the drives section. I've noticed there some inconsistencies: 1. You mention only two programs to control speed, while in English manual (and in examples) are three. 2. Two of these examples use translated "speed", while setcd and BDS's cdcontrol do not. 3. Last example in Linux subsection, and first in BSD have missing []. 4. hdparam and cdctl examples use translated 'device', while 'file_readehead', the /proc/*, and cdcontrol (in BSD section) do not. Sorry I don't fix those myself, but I'd rather not mess with these files, copying an unknown encoding is rather error-prone. More problems with cd-dvd.xml

Ok, I'll make it one letter, instead of spamming ML with one for everything I notice. Just at the beginning of "DVD Authentication" formalpara, there's a reference to patched libdvdcss. But the text about patching libdvdcss was gone in r20172. Also the whole list afterwards needs to be revised IMHO, as for me it sounds as a strange mixture of required keys and methods of breaking keys. The <replaceable> tags in example at start of DVD section seem like a copy&paste error to me, especially as these are in general syntax just above. OK to remove? Same goes for VCD example. And white we're at it, both examples use /dev/hdc, which sort of suggests there are one thing. I think I can live with it, but maybe...
