[PATCH] french -vo gl description

Hi, I know this belongs to -translations but I'm too lazy to subscribe there. Most should be obvious. The "fragment de programme" part I think is wrong, at least I would translate it to "piece of program", whereas the meaning of "fragment program" is a program operating on a so-called "fragment". For those who know nothing about OpenGL this is meaningless anyway, so just using the english word might be even the better fix (AFAIK the OpenGL specs are only available in english anyway *g*). Also, before there were some other mistakes that made me clarify the english description, so if you are trying to translate something that is a horrible creature of mine :-), don't hesitate to ask, either on this list or personally.
