Hi,
Here's a tiny patch to document x264's 3-pass mode.
It's mostly a cut-paste-modify taken from lavc doc, but it features in
addition a note to welcome feedbacks from users since x264 is new here,
and 3-pass even newer.
Is it ok / good policy to do that?
