[PATCH] use -font for subtitles when -subfont is not given
When -subfont option was added, the intent was to still use the font given by -font for subtitles unless -subfont was specified. http://lists.mplayerhq.hu/pipermail/mplayer-cvslog/2007-May/030108.html However, it was only implemented that way for bitmap fonts.
