[PATCH] add support for synopsys design-ware ARC processors
Hi This patch is used to add support for synopsys design-ware ARC processors. With this patch mplayer is compiled and linked successfully with arc-linux-uclibc toolchain in buildroot. The mplayer is tested in arc linux and on the hardware board of arc770 processors. Best wishes!

Patch seems trivial enough, doesn't seem to brake x86 configure and there have been no objections for over a month. Committed.
