[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] dvd:// ported to new stream API

Hi, as for the title. Nothing changes for the end user, but a lot changes for developers, because dvd:// is the stream that litters the most the stream layer. If all is fine and no-one objects I will commmit the patch Thursday night, so I need as many status reports as possible, especially by *BSD and Mac users (those are systems that I don't have and can't test).
