Here's my largefiles patch again; against today's CVS.

I removed the %qd's, mostly. Where I thought they should stay, I ifdeffed for _LARGEFILE_SOURCE. And replaced %qd with %lld - I see that "q" is deprecated in the printf man page.

Your comments and I'll make a final tweak if necessary.

If you want to test this - a reminder that you must ./configure --enable-largefiles. Its disabled by default for now.
